Shipping & Production Policy

1. Production Policy

Sachi Couture has 3 types of products:

1. Pre-made products (products that have standard sizing - XS, S, M, L, XL that can be ordered online through our shop)
2. Custom-sizing products (products that customers can order according to their measurements can be ordered by contacting us through our website or email info.sachicouture@gmail.com)
3. Made-on-Request products (products that will be made customized based on sizing and design can be ordered by contacting us through our website or email info.sachicouture@gmail.com)

If the customer purchases a pre-made product, he/she will receive the same product as seen on Sachi Couture's official website.

If the order product is handmade or contains handwork, the customer understands that the product cannot be recreated in a completely identical way, as it’s done by hand and not by machine. The product will be done approximately 90-95% the same, as each piece is unique and hand crafted. 

Sachi Couture's dresses takes 7 to 45 days to be produced, depending on the complexity of the dress. 

Exceptions to the timeframe of 7 to 45 days are the cases where the material is not in stock and it has yet to arrive, and/or unpredicted circumstances, which the customer will be informed about by our sales team.

2. Shipping Policy

The shipping costs will be covered by Sachi Couture. This excludes custom’s fees.

Sachi Couture offers worldwide shipping. The courier companies used for shipping are depending on your location:

1. DHL
2. UPS

The products can only be shipped during weekdays.

The product(s) take(s) 2-8 business days to arrive at customer’s delivery address (not including the production and customs processing time).
